séance)What is a Séance? A Séance is a group of dedicated people and one ‘well-grounded’ medium who sit in a darkened room to make contact with those on the ‘other side of the veil’. The spirits and guides are always aware of those of us in the physical plane who are asking for contact, thus, they are always available and looking forward for every opportunity to make themselves known. This includes the spirits of our loved ones, spirit guides and angels. Here’s a synopsis of the process: Jorianne starts the séance by explaining to the entire group what will take place. First, everyone goes through a spiritual cleansing process, also known as smudging. The group then joins together at the table and says prayers, grounding exercises, chanting and mantras. This stage ensures that everyone is spirit protected and is also a powerful way to let the spirit world know we are ready to make contact. Next, Jorianne slips into trance to make contact with the spirits. At this time the process is being videotaped – in order to capture spirit lights or voices – and usually something happens at every séance. The spirits that come through are higher world intelligences as well as dead relatives that wish to make contact with. These spirits will introduce themselves and everyone at the séance is able to ask a question. Questions may range from asking about your soul’s purpose for this lifetime, health issues, family related questions or perhaps questions regarding your career. Someone may also wish to ask if there is any information from their personal spirit guides or from a specific relative who has passed over: “Is there a message from old Uncle Harry?”. It doesn’t matter if there’s 5, 10, or 15 people – the spirits always come through.  After everyone has had a turn receiving guidance and have completed communication with the spirit world, there is then a short break and retreat to the living room to watch the video tape. This is often when the shooting lights are seen or hear the various voices that have come through in the séance is heard. It is a very validating part of the séance and quite exciting to witness! Also, one never knows who will show up at your séance. It has been noted that Jorianne has had many dead celebrities come show up. For example, a friend of Jorianne’s whom she did not know intimately, attended one of her séances. Elvis came through thanking her for her loyalty and listening to his music. After the séance, Jorianne couldn’t help herself and asked the woman what that was all about. Her friend said, “I listen to him every single morning. He gets my day started. I listen to him in the car all the time; I listen to his gospel music. Elvis is a big part of my life.” Jorianne was amazed! The price for this event is $600.00 minimum. Should there be more than 10 participants, the cost is $60.00 per person. Note – everyone gets a copy of the audio tape so they can take their own special message with them.
